Salary: $120,000-160,000

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for crafting bespoke and luxury homes? 

Weare working with a leading Luxury Home builder, looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join their team and drive their luxury residential projects.

Position: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire lifecycle of the clients custom and luxury home projects. From concept to completion, your expertise will ensure that each home is a testament to precision, quality, and unparalleled luxury.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of luxury home construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery and client handover.
  

• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in every aspect of project execution.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in custom home construction, with a focus on luxury homes.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
