Job Details:

As our Restaurant General Manager, you'll be expected to align with our mission statement, maintain a visible presence for employees and guests, and contribute to creating and executing new sales opportunities to boost our revenue.
- You'll also play a key role in establishing relationships within the Somerville community, fostering partnerships with local farmers and vendors, and mentoring a team committed to exceptional customer service and guest experiences. We value innovation and initiative in areas like late-night sales, catering, and entertainment.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, effective leadership skills, and strong communication abilities. Experience in pizza and kitchen production is a plus, as well as proficiency in common computer applications and social media. Facility maintenance experience is also desirable.
