Part-time, Hybrid schedule 10 – 20 hours per week
Description
We are seeking a part-time employee or contractor to join our operations team, to support our human resources activities. Leading Path has been in business for 13 years, providing technology and operations solutions to Fortune 500 companies as well as a variety of government agencies, with employee presence across the US.
In this role, you will perform general human resource duties while helping to continuously improve business operations. You’ll report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:
- Manage company onboarding and offboarding activities including:
- Adding, updating, or removing staff from operational systems
- Advising on first/last day instructions
- Managing equipment issue/collection
- Supporting benefit enrollment/unenrollment
- Act as company HR representative:
- Main point of contact for company staff managing HR e-mail box and phone calls. Liaison between 3rd party HR and employees as needed to solve problems.
- Provide HR support over performance issues
- Direct annual benefits renewal for the company
- Support employee annual review process
- Oversee client satisfaction collection and feedback
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed such as routing documents for signature and managing organization of key documents.
- Manage project on and offboarding, including:
- Develop and implement project specific onboarding programs as required.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to identify onboarding needs and tailor activities accordingly.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientation sessions, arrange access to project tools and resources, and provide necessary documentation.
- Coordinating project check-ins
- Reordering supplies, handling deliveries and communicating with building management
- Organize events for the Operations team and the company at large
- Ongoing evaluation of internal processes for process improvement; including:
- Identification of key risks and weaknesses
- Research and presentation of workable solutions
Requirements
Required Skills
· Experience working in HR or operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or other related field from an accredited US institution
· Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Comfort with use of modern technologies
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Flexibility and willingness to work across functions within business operations and contribute to a team.
