Job description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Corporate Compliance Team. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic’s mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. As a corporate compliance intern your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in Compliance Investigations
• Escalate calls from Employee Hotline as appropriate
• Work on Corporate Compliance initiatives
• Aid throughout audit process
• Attend department meetings
• Gain understanding of Contract Management System
• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
• Ideally pursing a degree in Pre-Law, Political Sciences, Government Affairs, or a similarly related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be in good academic standing
• Proficient with Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• US Citizen or permanent resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
