We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our construction team and help lead our team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety and compliance of the site, and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction team, ensuring safety and compliance at the site, and overseeing progress of projects. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to your team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as retail or grocery store experience. You must be able to read and understand blueprints, manage multiple tasks and projects at once, and effectively communicate with your team. Skills needed include leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and multitasking.
This position pays a salary of 80000 - 130000 Annually, with bonuses, and other perks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to join a well-respected company and to make a real impact on the industry.
