Orthodontic Practice Manager

Job description
Image Orthodontics in South San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics and a proven track record of success in managing a busy practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the orthodontic practice, including scheduling, billing, and staff management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize practice efficiency
- Monitor and analyze practice performance to identify areas of improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for staff, patients, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold practice standards
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain financial stability
- Collaborate with orthodontists and other practitioners to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements to ensure the practice remains competitive and up-to-date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in orthodontic practice management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in practice management software , as well as Google Office Suites and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
