Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to work in our Wilsonville office. We offer all commercial lines of coverage including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, Management Liability lines, and Bonds for small and middle market customers in general industries.

The CSR/Account Manager will be responsible for working with customers, producers, insurers, partners and other team members to help service existing clients and provide support for new customers on all commercial line coverages. The CSR/Account Manager performs a variety of technical assignments and administrative duties in the areas of maintaining customer files, reviewing insurance documents, insurance plan design, renewal review, coordination of claims, loss control, billing/accounting, premium audit services, negotiate coverage, terms and premium, as well as provide research and analysis on projects as needed. You will set realistic client expectations, seek customer input, and meet service commitments on time-sensitive tasks in a professional manner.
