Job description

Seeking a CRNA to join hospital team 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off Perform a comprehensive history and physical; conduct a pre-anesthesia evaluation; obtain informed consent for anesthesia; develop and initiate a patient-specific plan of care Administration of various types of anesthesia per evidence-based practice including pre- and post-operative care, and maintenance/operation of anesthesia department. Provide 24/7/365 anesthesia coverage for surgical, Emergency Room, Obstetrical, and Acute Pain Management patients, including selecting the appropriate form of anesthesia administration and providing continuity of care Perform administrative duties, such as policy management, process development, and budgetary needs for the department. Requirements: Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certificates within one year of signed contract. Current Registered Nurse and anesthetist license from the State of Oregon. Current licensing or re-certification from the American Association of the Nurse Anesthetists. For Chronic Pain Management must have Oregon state flouroscopy license and Nonsurgical Pain Management Certification Three (3) years hospital anesthesia experience in all forms of anesthetic care.
