CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

IMT Software Services, a division of IMT Insurance, is looking to fill the position of Customer Success Manager. IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with designated Software Services customers.

This position will work closely with support, implementation, sales/marketing and technical teams. The Customer Success Manager should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exercise attention to detail and critical judgment, and will take a proactive approach to deliver a level of customer satisfaction and success with our software that exceeds expectations. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Build positive lines of communication based on mutual respect to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Proactively connect with customers both in-person and remotely.
• Own the overall customer satisfaction by proactively anticipating customer’s needs, maintaining regular contact with them, and ensuring appropriate and timely follow up for all their issues.
• Advocate for the client’s needs including but not limited to new features, services, and programs that will help them meet their needs to continue to be successful as a company, and with our software.
• Be an expert in IMT Software Services' products with a deep understanding of how our solutions solve customer challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and help solve customer issues or concerns.
• Help to prioritize customer’s requests among other’s requests and needs.
• Contribute to documentation, technical support, and training as needed.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Be able to manage multiple customers at one time.
• Work under limited supervision.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A college education or equivalent with 2-5 years’ experience with insurance software is needed to perform required duties.
• Must be detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to listen and communicate internally/externally to the customer, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize workload and simultaneously handle multiple projects.
• Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and understand products from a technical perspective.
• Maintain technical expertise and knowledge of current trends and techniques in the market.
• Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team as well as work independently.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license due to required field work.

The salary range for this position is $58,000.00 - $90,000.00

Starting salary and level of position will depend on level of experience.
