Job description
Position Purpose:
The Studio Coordinator, Stylist is responsible for prepping and styling soft goods for commercial photography, including top-of-bed items such as quilts, sheets, comforters, and duvets, window treatments, towels and other soft goods merchandise. A creative eye and an attention to detail are critical for this role, as well as basic sewing skills. A stylist will work closely with studio production departments to create technically accurate and aesthetically pleasing, on-brand room environments for The Home Depot to be used in marketing and digital advertising. This role also includes doing light styling of non-soft good merchandise for product (silo) photography. This role is best suited for creative, highly organized, and energetic candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

- 60% – Production Management – Ensure work is consistent with brand standards. Ensure the smooth running of workflow and adherence to correct process, while keeping all teams informed and up-to-date and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- 10% – Quality Assurance – Provide quality assurance of deliverables, ensuring work aligns with brand standards and platform guidelines.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years+ experience as a soft good stylist or seamstress, previous experience in a commercial photography studio preferred
- Basic sewing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to self-critique and correct

- Calmness under pressure, with the ability to excel and thrive in a high-volume environment

Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
