The Director of Partner Matters is a new role being established to first, focus on collaboratively mapping out the processes that impact the Partner experience and subsequently ensuring the processes are running efficiently and being a “concierge” to the Partners as questions come up.
As this is a new role it is expected to evolve over time. It is very important that the Director be a self-starter while also working well with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

To successfully accomplish this, the individual will require an understanding of the firm’s organization as well as an appreciation of the importance of the Partner role in executing the Firm’s strategy. The processes would include:
Partner Onboarding
Partner Promotion/Candidacy
Annual Partner Performance and Compensation
Partner Transition/Retirement
Equity administration
Succession Planning
Partner Advance (Agenda/Content)
Proven experience in designing and coordinating cross-functional processes
Excellent organization skills
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on Partner Experience
Accounting Firm/Professional Service experience preferred.
Proven experience with managing and analyzing data in Excel
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to build trust with Partners as well as key stakeholders in the various processes.
Demonstrates good judgement and discretion in working with highly sensitive and confidential information
Bachelor’s degree

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $250,000.00. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
