Full-time and part-time positions available, alternative work schedule offer (4days-10hrs shifts), 401k, PPO dental, vision, life insurance, Aetna medical and Kaiser medical options, pet discount plus much more for full-time employees. Willing to teach the right candidate. Hiring for Full-time and Part-time, 12-10 pm shift.

Requirements:

• At least 3 months in the veterinary field. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledgeable on vaccines and flea medications
• Experience with multiple phone lines.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Experience in a FAST-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule.
• WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Duties :

• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Avimark software.
• Respond to emails, text messages
• Scheduling appointment.
• Follow-up calls.
• Email response.
• Approve prescriptions online.
• Maintaining and cleaning the front lobby.
• Help clean exam room between appt as needed.
