Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Cost Management: Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying variances and working with the team to address them. Prepare and update the cost forecasts.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation plans. Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Document and maintain records of project activities.
• Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.
• Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Help develop and implement processes and tools to manage project costs, schedules, and risks. Collaborate with other departments to refine processes, methodologies, and tools for enhanced project control. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Five (5) years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field desired.
• Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viewpoint, and Procore is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, means, & methods, etc.).
• Proficient in project management software, preferably Primavera.
• Experience managing large Commercial, Institutional, and/or Federal projects is preferred.
