Job description
Are you an experienced professional looking to lead and inspire a thriving apartment community? Look no further! Colony Square is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee our property in Springdale, AR.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct day-to-day activities of the property, including maintenance staff and vendors.
- Ensure goals and objectives of the property are accomplished.
- Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws.
- Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents.
- Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using Onesite software.
- Manage property expenditures in accordance with the budget.
- Respond to all resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience.
- One year of management experience with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills. OneSite experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies.
- Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing.
