We are an independently owned and thriving commercial floor cleaning company, has just added multiple long-term cleaning contracts to our regional team calendar. Come learn what sets us above the rest. No experience necessary, we train all our custom techniques. Regular out of town travel IS REQUIRED with overnight stay. All travel expenses are provided by company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in jobsite plan, tool set up, and organize rollout. Perform cleaning services as scheduled and ensure quality.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Regular out of town travel IS REQUIRED with overnight stay. (All Expenses Paid)

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Exhibit a positive attitude and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Be dedicated and dependable.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check (as applicable by law).
• Possess effective written and oral communication, basic math skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Your position on our team would begin with focused training of our award winning techniques, unique procedures, and equipment necessary to achieve our proven results alongside fellow team members. HydroCare runs state of the art equipment and continually train proper procedures on equipment, guidelines of service.

Our typical schedule is Monday through Thursday. Expected days off are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Times of service can fluctuate with an occasional Saturday. Again, travel is required .
