As we continue to grow and stretch our roots across North America, we're excited to invite a Vice President of Supply Chain to join our journey. Your mission will be to craft and execute top-notch supply chain strategies that not only ensure seamless service but also optimize our operations as we broaden our North American presence. You'll helm a talented team dedicated to sculpting logistics that promise our customers nothing short of legendary service.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge ahead with inventory planning and distribution strategies as we venture into new markets and diversify our warehouse supplier network.
Tackle supply chain challenges head-on, foresee potential growth areas, and swiftly ensure the support needed for system, process, and physical enhancements.
Collaborate closely to refine our logistics network, assessing the impact of proposed changes in routing, shipping modes, carrier utilization, and more across our distribution framework.

What You Bring to the Table:

A Bachelor's degree is essential, with a Master's degree viewed favorably.
A solid track record of 10+ years in purchasing, logistics, distribution, or inventory roles within a multi-site supply chain network.
Demonstrated prowess in leading cross-functional teams and managing significant multi-year projects.
Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to distill data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
An eye for detail, unwavering diligence, and exceptional follow-through.
