Full-Time Onsite Position

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and sustain our proprietary work processes for the designated manufacturing cell.
2. Identify critical equipment settings, set standards, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Develop technical knowledge for the manufacturing cell and transfer expertise to operators and associates.
4. Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies and lead the autonomous maintenance process.
5. Analyze top losses within the manufacturing cell, devise plans to eliminate losses, and enhance OEE performance.
6. Manage manufacturing cell change control, including validation activities and root cause analysis for quality events and deviations.
7. Act as a technical specialist, providing guidance on applying methods and concepts to organizational challenges.
8. Plan and execute activities for multiple major or complex projects, processes, and equipment.
9. Receive limited guidance to achieve broad objectives, representing the organization in presentations and discussions.
10. Develop and oversee budgets, write proposals for major projects, and advise on critical issues.
11. Advise and negotiate on critical issues, demonstrating expertise in machine design and troubleshooting.
12. Perform other duties as required to support business needs, showcasing proficiency in logistics, planning, and project management.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Education: BA/BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of Manufacturing experience.
