Full-Time Onsite Position

Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain our proprietary work processes for the designated manufacturing cell.
- Identify critical equipment settings, set standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop technical knowledge for the manufacturing cell and transfer expertise to operators and associates.
- Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies and lead the autonomous maintenance process.
- Analyze top losses within the manufacturing cell, devise plans to eliminate losses, and enhance OEE performance.
- Manage manufacturing cell change control, including validation activities and root cause analysis for quality events and deviations.
- Act as a technical specialist, providing guidance on applying methods and concepts to organizational challenges.
- Plan and execute activities for multiple major or complex projects, processes, and equipment.
- Receive limited guidance to achieve broad objectives, representing the organization in presentations and discussions.
- Develop and oversee budgets, write proposals for major projects, and advise on critical issues.
- Advise and negotiate on critical issues, demonstrating expertise in machine design and troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as required to support business needs, showcasing proficiency in logistics, planning, and project management.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Education: BA/BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of Manufacturing experience.
