Chef Ju'vons Personal Chef Services in Sanford, FL is looking for one personal assistant intern to join our 25 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. This position is for one who is looking for experience and is desired to start their own business. If you need hours for school and or experience it's here . Chef is always willing to educate and teach the fundamentals of this industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodations as needed
• Organize and manage appointments or meetings
• Correspond with clients and customers in a professional manner
• Help and assist Executive Chef with other duties such as hiring and managing

Qualifications

• Work experience as a admin, personal assistant or a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time in accordance with needs
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer function and applicable business software
