Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Esthetician Instructors to join our faculty. As an Esthetician Instructor, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to deliver top-notch instruction, develop captivating lesson plans, and provide unwavering support to students as they hone their skills and knowledge in esthetics.

Responsibilities:

Craft and deliver comprehensive, engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Provide both theoretical and practical instruction covering a range of esthetician procedures, including skincare techniques, facials, waxing, makeup application, and more.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate and grow.
Demonstrate proper techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards to uphold excellence in esthetics.
Offer hands-on guidance and supervision during practical sessions and lab work to ensure students' proficiency.
Evaluate student progress through assessments, exams, and projects, offering constructive feedback to support their development.
Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support as necessary.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in esthetics to enhance curriculum relevance and innovation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and lab environment conducive to effective learning.
Serve as a mentor and role model, inspiring students on their journey to becoming successful estheticians.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, contribute to program development, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing.
Current Instructor license.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing esthetician.
Previous teaching or training experience, particularly in esthetics education, preferred.
In-depth knowledge of esthetics principles, practices, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
Patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about educating and mentoring aspiring estheticians.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in instructional technology and multimedia resources for teaching.
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity and student success.
Hours and Availability:

We offer both day and evening positions, with the option for partial work-from-home/remote scheduling.
