Job Description:
- The client Field Services currently has 3 open positions on our Auditing team.
- These positions are research and auditing roles, not technical roles.
- There will be minimal if any hands-on work involved.
- The successful candidates will be working with Excel spreadsheets and other data analysis tools to help us handle a large amount of inventory across the state, which may include validating and correcting inventory location and billing, assisting in locating lost equipment, auditing the movement of equipment, etc.
- They will also be auditing Field Service ticket workflows for accuracy and performing customer care follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
