Goldbelt Nighthawk designs develops and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces including computer security, Cloud implementations and migration, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations. Specializing in incident response at the local and enterprise-wide levels as well as forensic analysis, our personnel deliver threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices.
Summary:
Goldbelt Nighthawk is hiring for Systems Administrator to support of a long-term contract in Mechanicsburg, PA.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Systems Administration services to a team of contractors and government employees in Secure Computing Architecture and Brokerage services.
- DevSecOps implementations hosted in Azure DevOps and AWS developer tools. Supporting COTS tools for DevSecOps implementation. Support the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Containers hosted in AWS GovCloud.
- Provide participation in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles in the development of workflows, task accomplishment and implementation/management of Cloud services.
- Provide mentorship and training for government personnel as a normal part of daily operations and training, as required.
- Incorporate Security Controls Continuous Monitoring and Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST SP 800-37, Security Risk Impact Analysis, Monitoring, and Reporting.
- Be cognizant of Vulnerability Management including Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) closures.
- Provide guidance on Secure Computing Architecture, Cloud Brokerage Services, Shared Security Services Management, Cloud Security Support Services, Cloud Governance, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) coordination, Departmental Cloud/Hybrid certification Promote an environment of continuous process improvement, learning and team collaboration.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

- Experience with Commercial, FEDRAMP High/ DoD Impact Level 2, 4, and 5 Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud offerings. Web Server, Application Server, RedHat, Database administration in Oracle and Microsoft toolsets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum five (5) or more years of experience in the following areas: AWS System Administration, DevSecOps, DoD information system development processes configuration/change management.
- Information Assurance Technical II (IAT-2)
- One or more of the following baseline certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP.
- One or more of the following computing environment certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, or equivalent certification.
- Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or T5 or T5R equivalent investigation is required.
