Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Exceed guest expectations and create amazing experiences
- Manage, lead, support, and develop your team
- Scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties
- Control labor and other operating costs
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of restaurant leadership experience in a similar field
- Hospitality mindset and passion for creating amazing guest experiences
- Background in upscale-casual, full-service service operations
- A desire for professional growth and advancement
