As the Product Strategy & Planning Manager, you will support the development of Walt Disney World long term product plans and pivotal initiatives delivering revenue / Operational Intelligence goals balancing Guest, Cast, and business needs using business analytics, as well as consumer and industry insights and trends.

This is a Full-Time position.

Every day as a Product Strategy & Planning Manager is outstanding, challenging, and fulfilling! On any one day you might:
Support the development of product growth strategies for Walt Disney World Resort profit centers and lines of business, developing new product ideas to deliver business growth and finding new ways to attract demand and extend spend improving profitability
Cultivate partnerships with key client groups within the Walt Disney World profit centers and lines of business, as well as key partner areas including Finance, Walt Disney Imagineering, Industrial Engineering, Disney Live Entertainment, Consumer Insights Measurement & Analytics, Revenue Planning & Optimization, Marketing Strategy, and Sales Solutions
Build your recommendation and present to key clients, partners, and executives to gain approval tailoring communication to each audience (Executives, Managers, Peer Groups, Internal and External Partners)
Analyze data to identify key insights, develop strategies and model anticipated impacts
Project manage the implementation of approved initiatives, independently leading partners, and processes to ensure seamless new product creation and delivery
Provide commercial strategy input for Walt Disney World product investments rooted in consumer and business insights supporting long-term business, Cast, and Guest goals with an understanding of how these investments support the broader site vision and business needs
Effectively prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with the proven track record to clearly define and articulate the objectives and vital steps to move forward sophisticated bodies of work
At least three years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, brand management, finance, marketing, innovation, or digital product management
Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated analytical competence (e.g. statistical/financial analysis, case development)
Proven experience supporting critical initiatives focused on business growth and development
Ability to navigate ambiguity and clearly define business opportunities
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to collaborate with a variety of partners at all levels and integrate their needs
Work well in a fast-paced business and display professionalism and confidence in complex situations
Advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel), iWork (Keynote) and Smartsheet
Previous travel and / or hospitality industry experience in a strategic role
Knowledge of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts products and experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent
Master's Degree or MBA
