Job Description

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Drive new partner contract negotiation process for all regions together with the Worldwide sales team.
• Ensure that all necessary internal departments are informed and approve of any new partner requirements entered into the contracts.
• Work closely with the legal department and involve upper-level management when necessary.
• Manage reseller authorization program requests and acquire management approvals.
• Participate in quarterly channel program renewal process working closely with sales, marketing and finance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
• Prior experience managing contract negotiations or managing authorization programs.
• Prior experience in working multi-cultural Worldwide environment.
• Strong presentation skills when management needs to be involved in decisions,
• Marketing Program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.


Annual Salary Range $75,000-$90,000 USD
