Job description
We are an established investment company in business for 50yrs and headquartered in Houston with over $10B AUM.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle client onboarding processes. This may include obtaining and organizing client information and statements, pre-
populating outgoing new account paperwork for client signature, monitoring account funding and transfers, answers
client questions regarding paperwork.
- Provide exceptional client support in an efficient, timely and professional manner. This role involves heavy client
contact both on phone and in email, with occasional in person meetings and client events.
- Assist in complex account maintenance requests and money movements, involves direct communication with clients
and custodians (wire and check requests, Power of Attorney, Trust reregistration, letters of instruction, restrictions, etc.).
What You Need for this Position
- At least 3yrs working in a Wealth Mgmt/RIA/Banking environment
- Experienced working with UHNWI clients
- Experienced with MS Suite, Excel, Dynamics, Wealthscape
- Prior experience with Fidelity or Schwab as financial custodians is a plus
