Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate at Brustolon Buick - GMC in Mystic, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and demonstrate features and benefits of vehicles to customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Assist customers with financing options and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management
- Attend all sales meetings and training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
