This role is in Boston, MA and our client is willing to fund a full relocation package  for compelling Sr Managers and Associate Director level Biostatisticians who want to have a good quality of life without compromising on their abilities to grow their career or bring up their family.

About Our Client

We are thrilled to be presenting an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful mid-sized Biotech company based in Boston, MA. The company boasts a strong, varied and diverse pipeline focusing on Rare Diseases and Oncology and led by a 1st-class leadership team. This is a smaller Biotech people wise, with around 2500 individuals, but they generate > 6B pa, and have several marketed products. You will join one of the program teams and work under a Lead Biostatistician initially and a supportive manager,  collaborating on new stats plans and designs, database checks to CDISC and analyses, while learning the ropes and developing your experience. 

Associate Director, Biostatistics

Our client is seeking an Associate Director, Biostatistics, an individual with good capabilities in modelling and simulation, who can collaborate with the development teams to develop new statistical designs and approaches for Rare Diseases (so studies with longitudinal analyses), using Bayesian and Adaptive, or, depending upon your interest and experience in Oncology. 

You will oversee the production of biostatistics deliverables and managing a team of both internal and external biostatistics and statistical programming resources. You will be responsible for all biostatistics activities for multiple clinical programs, ensuring that statistical designs, analyses, reports, and regulatory submissions are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be representing Biostatistics in core project teams to make operational and strategic decisions related to your assigned projects. The team leaders are very supportive, capable and knowledgeable and will help to bring out your best communication and technical skills!
