Best Home Services is looking to add to our Customer Experience team!
Shifts available: M-F 11:00AM-7:00PM
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal oriented mindset. This position handles maintenance membership cancellations, De-escalating customers, and working alongside the trade managers for a better customer experience.

Essential functions of the position:
- Ability to work as a team
- Daily inbound calls and follow ups
- Time management and prioritization
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively and document accounts
- Educate customers throughout their project
Requirements
- 1-year minimum call center experience
- Team lead experience preferred
- Familiar with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology
- Service titan experience is a plus!
Compensation: $15-18/hourly
