Compensation:
- Salary Range: $40,000-$43,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities:
- Design captivating marketing collateral for listings and team branding
- Spearhead and execute a cutting-edge social media plan across all platforms
- Drive Google Ad campaigns and handle all digital marketing initiatives
- Craft engaging content including flyers, social posts, videos, and brochures
- Ensure exceptional client care, managing databases, client appreciation events, and more
- Administer CRM systems and be the go-to expert for all sales and marketing technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field
- Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and campaign implementation
- Proficiency in Google Ad campaigns, social media marketing
- Skills in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and teach cloud-based software programs
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal communication
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- A CAN and WILL DO attitude – ready to go above and beyond to support our agent's success!
