Patient Services Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.35 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Patient Services Specialist - Call Center Representative - Answers and handles all contact center calls appropriately and accordingly. Responsible for scheduling appointments for various clinicalservices, maintaining records, resolving service or clinical issues according to department procedures and guidelines.

Patient Services Specialist Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or GED. 
• Must have 1 year of customer service, office, call center experience. 
• Ability to speak effectively in English and Spanish. 
• Strong grammatical and data entry skills. 
• Ability to operate call center applications and equipment. 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
