Country Manor's Health Care & Rehab Center is looking to add a talented, Dietary Team Lead
Great way to make some extra income!
This is a part-time position; including every other weekend/holiday. Hours are 11:30am - 7:30pm, or 4:00-8:00pm 40-58 hours per pay period.

The mission of Country Manor Culinary Services is to provide customers with nutritionally based meals, offered “restaurant-style,” with menu creativity and excitement, and a twist of “fine-dining” experiences. Food is an important part of overall well-being and is an extremely significant part of every day at Country Manor.
As a Kitchen/Food Service Team Lead You'll:
- Work alongside kitchen staff/kitchen supervisors to direct a cohesive team
- Initiate/assist in daily production lists
- Be responsible for overall cleanliness/sanitation of all culinary areas
- Ensure Safe Food Handling is followed
- Maintain consistent Dept. of Health inspection standards
- Ensure standardized recipes are followed and portion control is practiced
- Be scheduled for regular cooking shifts and covering shifts as needed in all areas
- Coordinate/conduct kitchen staff training
- Maintain all equipment
- Maintain inventory and assist in ordering
- Other tasks as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Certified Food Production Manager
- Must have at least 1-2 years of cooking experience in long-term care facilities
- Must have 2+ years' experience in the supervision of employees
- Must have problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Adaptability and flexibility to organize and prioritize department needs
- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Must display tact and patience when dealing with residents/tenants/staff
