The Carpenter Health Network is currently seeking an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our organization. This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications Department in a range of specialized and administrative duties.
Job Duties:
- Monitor and respond to TCHN Marketing & Communications Ticket portal, triage as necessary
- Monitor web leads and Google Reviews and forward to location or department. Verify appropriate personnel are following up and accurately recording referrals received
- Oversee production process of marketing materials with outside vendors (printing, promotional items, apparel, etc.)
- Compile all PCR (Patient Care Representatives) admit numbers into a spreadsheet, tally rankings, and report to the VP of Business Development / RSDs (Regional Sales Directors)
- Maintain and order training manuals as required by RSDs
- Assist RSDs with the onboarding process for PCRs
- Handle shipping of printed materials and promotional items as required to all entities
- Update location information for print as needed and submit to relevant vendors (office letterhead/envelopes, patient folder labels, print collateral, promo items, etc.
- Process orders for assigned new hire name badges, business cards,
- Manage and maintain working inventory of department office supplies (copy paper, toner, office supplies, binding and laminating supplies, etc.)
- Process orders for hospice resource materials for offices (Gone from My Sight, Five Wishes, etc.)
- Manage and process vendor invoices via Accounts Payable for orders placed.
- Campaign and content creation / collaborations with other internal personnel and Communications Director
- Ensure company employees remain in compliance with the company social media policy
- Facilitate and participate in the design of customer journeys across the phases of the
- patient lifecycle (acquisition, retention, expansion and reclamation) including:
- Understanding of targeting requirements
- Identification of outbound and inbound marketing channels making up the customer journey (including but not limited to email, direct mail, phone, text, programmatic ads, social, etc.)
- Understanding of how the story, creative assets are geared to drive desired behaviors
- Adheres to defined budget and conscious of budget considerations with marketing collateral and event requests. Identifies and document required tasks needed to complete the setup and execution of a larger project plan in collaboration with Communications Director
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher OR 2 years' relevant work experience in communications/marketing
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva preferred
- Graphic Design experience preferred
- Website/social media experience
- Must be extremely organized, results oriented, possess excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task effectively
- Healthcare experience with multi-state company preferred
- Must have extensive knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
