Job description
Resp onsibilities:
- Analyze and draft contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the department's executed contracts and legal documents.
- Implement a systematic approach for efficient document retrieval and management.
- Create and maintain templates for contractor agreements and NDAs.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in contractual language across various agreements.
- Manage corporate entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate the creation and dissolution of entities as needed.
- Conduct due diligence reviews in collaboration with legal and business teams.
- Provide support for litigation matters, including document preparation and information gathering.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the legal department.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of related experience, preferably with in-house/corporate experience.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and organizational responsibilities.
- Maintain a highly organized workflow to handle diverse legal tasks efficiently.
- Bring creativity and flexibility to problem-solving and adapting to evolving legal scenarios.
- Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating self-reliance.
- Possess excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and clarity in all legal documentation.
