Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm/8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Hours may vary by season.
Pay Scale: $16.50 to $20.00 an hour + incentives
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales deals over the phone and through email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is preferred but not required.
