District Manager- Self Storage

Avid Storage is in search of a seasoned expert with a background in self storage operations and strong leadership capabilities.

The position:

· Developing People - You will oversee staff development and management, ensuring top-notch customer service for the efficient operation of 13 or more self-storge facilities in FL. This includes staffing, hiring, coaching your team, quarterly property audits, customer service oversight and setting performance goals for property managers.

· Serving People- You will cultivate strong relationships with managers empowering them to thrive under your leadership. District Managers often play a key role in driving business growth within their designated district. You will have multiple opportunities to network and build relationships which can be beneficial for career advancement and business opportunities.

· Daily tasks- staff management, customer service oversight, operational management, financial management, marketing and sales support, inventory management, property inspections, compliance and legal matters, reporting and communication and problem solving.

Qualifications :

· Problem solving abilities, customer service and at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role

· 5 years Property Management experience in multi-family, storage or related field

· High school diploma and bachelor’s degree in business or related field

· Must live in one of the Florida markets identified
