Job Description:

 

Are you an experienced Certified Prosthetist Orthotist looking for a leadership role in the heart of California's Central Valley? Join our clients' team to lead the efforts to provide exceptional prosthetic and orthotic care to the residents of Visalia and its surrounding communities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Clinical Leadership: Assume a leadership role in the clinic, overseeing clinical operations, staff management, and quality assurance.

 

Patient-Centered Care: Lead the provision of patient-focused prosthetic and orthotic care, ensuring individualized treatment plans that enhance each patient's quality of life.

 

Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing prosthetic and orthotic solutions that align with the patient's unique objectives and requirements.

 

Custom Device Fabrication: Design, fabricate, and fit custom prosthetic and orthotic devices using advanced technologies and techniques, ensuring optimal functionality and comfort.

 

Patient Education: Provide guidance, training, and support to patients and their families, empowering them to effectively use and maintain their prosthetic and orthotic devices.

 

Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive, patient-centric care.

 

Continual Follow-Up: Monitor patients' progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure their prosthetic and orthotic devices continue to meet their evolving needs.

 

Qualifications:

 

Certification as a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
