Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer of equipment and systems for laser welding and hot bar bonding applications.in the search for a talented Applications Engineer experienced with Laser Welding. As an Applications Engineer with laser welding experience, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer applications, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer applications, communicate with customers and sales representatives to gather necessary information promptly.
• Conduct welding, marking, cutting, etc., and prepare detailed reports with equipment recommendations.
• Provide phone and email support to customers and internal departments.
• Travel to customer facilities for training, installation, and process development.
• Deliver presentations on process fundamentals, equipment usage, and application.
• Absorb technical knowledge and memorize product specifications effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
• Capability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong listening and note-taking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in customer communication, with a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Commercial and business acumen, preferably in manufacturing and sales.
• Flexible approach to a dynamic workload with changing priorities.
• Eventual field travel of 10-15% within the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Education & Experience:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Technical college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
