Advanced Practice Provider  Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant  

Job Location: Dixon, IL.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay rate: $130/hr.
Schedule: 4/25/24, 10/22/24, and 10/23/24.

Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a  Advanced Practice Provider  Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business with multiple locations in  Dixon, IL . Our office arranges the patient appointments, provides all the equipment and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures.
• Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
  
• Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).

Requirements:

• Active and valid NP/PA license to practice in the state of IL.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
  
• Advanced practice certification in dermatology.
• Must have own collaborating/supervising physician.
• Patient education driven.
  
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Must be able to commute to one or more of the listed locations.
