CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from buyout, into execution through closeout. Project Managers are responsible for the project administration and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage the project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Negotiate and write contract scopes of work
• Write Schedules of Values
• Review and approve subcontractor billings
• Review and approve owner billing
• Supervise, mentor and train Project Engineer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Commercial construction industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

SALARY: $150-200K
