Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote, USA

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Dynamics CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements documents.
- Work closely with development teams to provide guidance on business requirements and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
- Perform analysis of existing business processes, data structures, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using Dynamics CRM.
- Support testing, validation, and acceptance activities to ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support to business users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating training as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably with exposure to Dynamics CRM projects.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for requirements management is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are advantageous.
