Qualifications
• Digital marketing experience: You are an expert across various ad platforms, with several years of high performing digital marketing work
• With significant experience in defining, tracking, and analyzing online ads, you just know what works
• Analytical ability: You understand that the difference between an idea and a successful idea is in the testing and analysis
• You also possess the creative abilities to tweak content assets to your advantage in order to streamline the testing process
• You are efficient in creating and presenting analyses built on large quantities of information in a simple and understandable way
• Being a humble team player: You are equally comfortable with developing a new PPC strategy as with getting coffee for the team at the office
• Dedication: You are passionate about what you do and work with a true drive to market the best products in the best way
• Independence: In a fast-growing company in a fast-changing industry, everybody is constantly busy
• You are comfortable with getting a task and running with it to completion with limited input and oversight

• Of course, you are well versed in the basics of the MS Office suite
• Experience/knowledge in design softwares such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Midjourney/Stable Diffusion is a benefit

Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for crafting, analyzing, and optimizing paid campaigns across relevant platforms, as well as driving our organic performance to its full potential
• As a key member of the marketing function and reporting directly to our CMO, you are expected to be a driving force in core areas of marketing for the growth of the company
• A/B testing, analysis, and performance tracking through cross channel attribution from prospecting to purchase (and beyond) will be important tools to succeed
• Thus, it is important that you are experienced in using platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, VWO, Hotjar, or other relevant tools
• Additional projects will include spearheading our Affiliate Marketing initiatives and performance-driven PR projects
• Managing media buying and optimization in various SEM/SMM ad formats for optimum ROI on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more
• Tracking, defining, and improving cross channel attribution
• Managing and producing ad creative
• Creating comprehensive management presentations with convincing recommendations for courses of action backed by data
• Strong work ethic: Deadlines are holy
