Job description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Collections Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- The Credit Analyst will be required to support the Credit Management team in the maintenance of a portfolio of direct enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include the collection, investigation, and prompt resolution of all customer disputes and deductions.
- The Analyst is expected to participate in various process improvement teams and assist in the credit analysis process.
- The Analyst will also be required to perform some departmental support tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required, College Degree is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- SAP knowledge is a strong plus.
- The Analyst will be expected to multi-task, solve, prioritize, and work to a very high level of accuracy.
- They should also be capable of self-management and learning, with a focus on willingness to learn additional systems.
