Responsible for ensuring our revenue-generating functions are operating efficiently and effectively, enabling our company to grow and scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, marketing, finance, and customer success, to optimize revenue generation processes, increase revenue productivity, and improve customer retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, data analysis, and a passion for driving growth.
Job Duties
Work with revenue, marketing, and finance, and teams to design, implement, and optimize revenue-generating processes, systems, and compensation plans.
Develop and maintain key performance metrics, dashboards, and reports that provide insights into revenue generation, customer behavior, and market trends.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to increase revenue productivity, improve customer retention, and maximize revenue growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage revenue enablement programs, including training and onboarding, to ensure revenue reps have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Lead cross-functional projects that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and integration to streamline revenue generation and improve the customer experience.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, preferred.
8+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, such as salesforce, Hubspot, or Marketo.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent, provide work-life balance, and increase productivity through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and monthly in-person collaboration meetings. Travel expectations are about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees are encouraged to utilize in-office time on a weekly basis. Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $110,500 to $132,750. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
