Job description
We are looking to hire outstanding Marketing Interns for in Chicago, IL, Kansas City, Mo and St. Louis, MO! In this role, you will be responsible for planning fun and engaging events for our residents, generating new leads for Leasing Agents, and promoting resident loyalty to increase renewals and referrals from existing residents.
This is a full-time internship slated to last until September 2024.
Job Summary
This entry-level marketing role is responsible for creating content used by property websites, social media, online advertisements, and leasing agents that help renters find apartments. Additional work auditing advertisements will be required. Candidate will learn the business of marketing and gain valuable insight into real estate development, sales, operations, maintenance, and design. Opportunities for growth will be available.
