Join our team at Farmers Insurance - Kyle Campbell Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.
In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Sales Production:
- Efficiently work the leads provided by the agency owner.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs.
- Present insurance solutions clearly and compellingly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Learning and Development:
- Shadow the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, including marketing strategies, client retention techniques, and staff management.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Take the initiative to learn about different aspects of agency management, such as underwriting, claims processing, and compliance.
Ownership Preparation:
- Collaborate with the agency owner to develop a roadmap for career advancement and ownership transition.
- Proactively seek opportunities to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving agency performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
