The Opportunity:
We are in search of a seasoned and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Controller to play a pivotal role in our financial operations and strategic planning. This position offers a unique chance to make a substantial impact on our success and growth. Your expertise in financial management will be instrumental in guiding our firm forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring precision and timeliness.
Manage all financial aspects, including accounting, reporting, cash flow, and payroll.
Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Deliver strategic financial analysis to aid in decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, managing investments and cash flow against the budget.
Spearhead improvements to financial processes.
Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, tax obligations, ESOP regulations, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Strong experience with ESOPs highly valued.
Over 10 years of experience in professional service organizations with 100+ employees.
Expertise in financial regulations, compliance, and strategic planning.
Proactive, with a readiness to take initiative.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually
