Job description
Isiah Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage our target audience. You will also be in charge of managing our company's social media platforms, creating and curating content, monitoring analytics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and maintain our company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize our social media presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with other marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Proficient in content creation and curation tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze social media data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
