How You Will Make An Impact Management of the sales office when the sales director is out of the office Weekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales indicators (kit requests, luncheon attendance, deposits, reservations, settlements, back-outs, etc.) Direct responsibility for the pre-sales area of the office (Phone, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.) Direct responsibility for all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve for the Priority List Assistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales data Assistance with the management of our data entry and reporting process, move-in process, and event program What We Offer Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. 401k for all employees 18 and over. What You Will Need A college degree is required. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required. Minimum of 1-year management experience is required.
