Ally Home Care has an opportunity for a Community (Supervisory Visit) Nurse to join our team!

As a Community (Supervisory Visit) Nurse, you will be responsible for Clinical and Client Support. You will be part of the Agency Management Team responsible for managing the operations of the Agency and Branches within your reporting territory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain clinical compliance strategies;
• Create, and audit client admissions documentation;
• Conduct or supervise client initial assessments, and supervisory visits;
• Maintain a satisfied patient base.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma

Work History : We're open to a variety of experience levels. Home health or Health care experience preferred.
