Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of roofing, including installation, repair, and maintenance. The Roofer will be responsible for ensuring that all roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacement
• Install new roofing systems according to project specifications
• Repair or replace damaged roofing materials
• Ensure that all roofing work meets building codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Roofer or similar role
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
